• Most admired chef? Over all the years the one I admired the most is Nico Ladenis, he came to food when he was 50, imagine what he could have achieved had he started at 17!

Lots - Royalty from Prince Charles to Prince Hirohito of Japan, loads of movie stars from Farrah Fawcett Majors to Cary Grant, stars of music as diverse as it gets from James Galway to Bob Geldorf & Paula Yates, stars of stage and screen from Rod Hull to Richard Burton.
