    • Biggest achievement in your career? Eventually running a busy restaurant as a head chef. Getting to prepare menus, organising staff rotas and getting to produce the food that I wanted to do.

    • What famous people have you cooked for? Prince Phillip, Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta Jones, Prince Charles, Prince William and Samuel L Jackson.
    • What age did you start cooking? I loved cooking from the age of 7 years old.
