    About Us
    The Cook School is always a hive of activity with corporate events, private dining, and children's birthday parties and classes. We pride ourselves on being a fun and informal environment creating effortless cuisine. We are now seeking a Customer Service Assistant with a professional, friendly approach to ensure we deliver an experience which exceeds all guests' expectations.
    This role is offered on a permanent basis, part time position, 20 - 25 hours working days, evenings and weekends.

    About the role: This is a varied, fast-paced role where the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Managing bookings, over the phone and by e-mail
    • Completing customer administration
    • Food and Beverage service during Cook School events
    • Attending and supporting outside events, representing the company and delivering a positive brand image
    • Assisting with the co-ordination of events
    • Handling inquiries

    About you:

    • Excellent customer service skills are essential
    • Friendly and professional at all times
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing
    • Strong communication skills
    • IT skills are essential
    • Flexible and adaptable approach
    • Able to work willingly as part of a team to assist with ad hoc duties when required
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must

    Please note that due to our location and working hours, your own transport is essential
