Helen Vass is a Glasgow based pastry chef from 2AA Rosette
restaurant, Number 16 on Byres Road. She was part of the winning
team on BBC2's Bake Off Creme de la Creme hosted by Tom Kerridge
and judged by internationally renowned pastry chefs, Cherish
Finden, Benoit Blin and Claire Clarke MBE.
In May this year, she was a finalist in the patisserie chef of
the year category at the CIS Awards. Helen has worked at Glasgow's
Blythswood Square Hotel and then moved to Spain to work at
Barcelona's oldest patisserie, Pastelería Escribà.
She has trained with some of Spains best pastry chefs including
World Champion pastry chef, Jordi Bordas, the pastry chefs from
Ferran & Albert Adrías Tickets restaurant and many more. Most
recently she launched Scotlands first pop up dessert restaurant,
Dulce by Helen Vass, combining a dessert menu with wine
