Jacqueline O'Donnell is Chef/Patron of The Sisters Restaurants in Glasgow...she's the big sister!
We're delighted to have her visit the Cook School as a guest chef to showcase her delicious dishes to our customers.
You may recognise Jacqueline from the Great British Menu where
she has competed for the last two years. She reached the final last
year and has once again won the Scottish Heat and is on her way to
the final this year.
She's worked alongside the best that Scotland/Britain has to
offer from amazing Shirley Spears to Nick Nairn also Raymond
Blanc & Tom Kitchin.
Jacqueline firmly believes in Scottish produce, still rising to
the challenges that the wonderful Scottish larder throws at her.
She never tires of cooking fantastic produce from a country that so
expertly grows, rears & cultivates produce from land, highlands
& lowlands to our wonderful larder from the sea.
Jacqueline styles her cooking on simple & Scottish and
mostly allowing the produce to speak for itself or rather
