    Introducing an extra special Demo & Dine as Tam Cowan joins us for an evening of good banter and quality food.

    Many will recognise Tam as a football aficionado having had the very successful comedy football TV show 'Offside' and continues his radio show 'Off the Ball' on BBC Scotland, with his friend and fellow journalist, Stuart Cosgrove.

    He is also a well known restaurant critic and reviwer having written a column with the Daily Record for 16 years and subsequently The Scottish Sun.

    Enjoy a glass of wine while our chef demonstrates techniques for making fresh curry pastes and blending your own spice mixes to create a selection curries and accompaniments. You'll enjoy tasters throughout the demonstrations followed by a two course meal served with wine.*

     

    The menu for this event is as follows:

    • Singapore curry laksa soup
    • Beef and Sesame patties with Nuac cham sauce
    • South Vietnamese prawn and fish curry with ginger and turmeric
    • Massamam lamb curry with potatoes and peanuts
    • Thai red duck curry with lime leaf and palm sugar
    • Coconut rice pudding with almonds and raisins

     

    Time: Start 5.45pm - around 9.30pm.

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
