A demo and dine evening with
some of the chefs favourite dishes from the Cook
Prosecco on arrival followed by 3 tasters, main course and
dessert and petit fours if there is any room left. A fun and
enjoyable night aimed at helping you recreate the same evening
yourself at home for family and friends.
Menu for 2nd December 2017:
Glass of Prosecco on arrival
Cauliflower and smoked haddock soup with curry oil
Warm salad of wood pigeon with puy lentils and parsnip
Three cheese arancini with roasted red pepper sauce
Dinner served at 8pm
Seabass with warm sweet potato and chorizo salad
Hot ricotta cakes, blueberries, whipped lemon butter
Coffee and Petit Fours
Time: 5.45pm - 9.30pm
* Package includes three glasses of wine per person.
Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that
menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of
