    A demo and dine evening with some of the chefs favourite dishes from the Cook School.

    Prosecco on arrival followed by 3 tasters, main course and dessert and petit fours if there is any room left. A fun and enjoyable night aimed at helping you recreate the same evening yourself at home for family and friends.

    Menu for 11th November 2017:

    Glass of Prosecco on arrival

    Cullen Skink

    Duck Pastilla filo cigars with honey and flaked almonds

    Mini vegetable frittata

    Dinner served at 8pm

    Roast Rack of Lamb, herb cous cous, pomegranate and harissa yoghurt

    Chocolate Fondant with Salted Caramel Sauce

    Coffee and Petit Fours


    Menu for 2nd December 2017:

    Glass of Prosecco on arrival

    Cauliflower and smoked haddock soup with curry oil

    Warm salad of wood pigeon with puy lentils and parsnip crisps

    Three cheese arancini with roasted red pepper sauce

    Dinner served at 8pm

    Seabass with warm sweet potato and chorizo salad

    Hot ricotta cakes, blueberries, whipped lemon butter

    Coffee and Petit Fours


    Menu for 24th November 2017:

    Glass of Prosecco on arrival

    Salmon ceviche - with pomegranate and shaved fennel

    Hand-made squash and ricotta ravioli, sage butter

    Seared hand-dived scallop with Asian Slaw and Chilli sauce

    Dinner served at 8pm

    Chicken Tikka masala with hand made flatbreads, Pilaf Rice

    Limoncello and Pistachio semi-freddo with orange and saffron cantuccini

    Coffee and Petit Fours


    Time: 5.45pm - 9.30pm

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
