    This class will show you how to create some fantastic dishes using Scotland’s larder of wild game. Our chefs will demonstrate how to prepare different types of game, the best way to cook the meat and you will also learn what food compliments it.

    Scotland is home to some of the world's best game. Our chefs have created a selection of wonderful recipes that utilise this abundant larder of wild game. Enjoy a glass of wine while our chef demonstrates how to prepare and cook the meat along with preparing the perfect accompaniments. You'll have the chance to taste the dishes throughout the evening before moving to our dining room to enjoy a two course meal served with wine*.

    • Pan Fried Breast Of Wood Pigeon, Braised Butter Beans, Wild Mushrooms & Red Wine
    • Pheasant Pithivier, Ayrshire Bacon & Scottish Cider
    • Roasted Mallard Duck, Parsnips 2 Ways, Red Cabbage & Juniper
    • Roast Grouse, Fondant Potato, Watercress, Bread Sauce & Game Chips
    • Apple & Cinnamon Samosa, Gingerbread Crumb & Mascarpone


    Time: Starts at 5.45pm - aound 9.30pm.

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
