    Enjoy a glass of prosecco on arrvival with our exciting new pop up nights. These menu's are focused on seasonal produce and each have a different menu!

     

    Menu For February 2018:

    • Roasted cauliflower soup with zatar spices
    • Pan fried Scallops, celeriac puree and pomegranate
    • Venison Wellington, parsnip and Jerusalem gratin, crispy kale and whisky jus
    • Chocolate and Passionfruit Tart
    • Petit Fours

     

    Menu for March 2018:

    • Jerusalem artichoke Veloute
    • Scottish Langoustines Tails Poached in Butter, Pancetta, Capers and Beurre Noisette
    • Pan Fried Breast of Chicken, Confit of Leg, Braised Carrots served with a Water Cress Butter Sauce
    • Classic Apple Tart Tatin served with 'Arran Dairies' Vanilla Ice Cream
    • Petit Fours

     

    Menu for April 2018:

    • Light Potato and Leek Soup Flavoured with Nutmeg
    • Paupiette of Plaice and Salmon with Champagne Sauce
    • Duo of Spring Lamb with Fondant Potatoes, Roast Peppers, Served with a Shallot and Balsamic Dressing
    • Rhubarb and Frangipane tart, Served with Fresh Custard
    • Petit Fours

     

     

    * Package includes a glass of prosecco on arrival and three glasses of wine per person, soft drinks also available. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle.
