    The Cook School Scotland is excited to introduce our new Saturday Supper Club, an evening demo and dine class which gives you the opportunity to enjoy a fine dining experience.

    You will have the opportunity to watch our chef prepare five delicious dishes using the highest quality ingredients. You'll enjoy tasters as the chef cooks and then move through to our dining room where you will enjoy a three course meal served with wine*.

     

    Menu for  1st July 2017:

    • Beetroot soup with hazelnut and rocket pesto
    • Hand-made squash and ricotta ravioli, sage butter
    • Seared hand-dived scallop with Asian slaw and chilli sauce
    • Pan-roasted guinea fowl and crepinette with potato, fennel and gruyere gratin, herb broth.
    • Semi-freddo with baked fruit
    • Coffee and petit four - Rose Macaroons



     

     

     

    Time: Starts 5.45pm - around 9.30pm

    * Package includes three glasses of wine followed by one glass of dessert wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods. Demo and Dine evenings are suitable for people aged 18 years and over.
