    Our chef will show you a range of cooking techniques, whether it is steamed, pan fried, or oven roasted; we have a recipe for you.

    Throughout our Scottish Fish and Seafood evening, our chef will demonstrate techniques for cooking wonderful fresh fish and seafood. You'll enjoy a glass of wine while our chef demonstrates the skills for filleting and cooking fish plus will show you how to prepare some delicious sauces. Following the cookery demonstrations, you'll move through to our dining room where you will enjoy a two course meal with wine.*

    Menu for 18th May, 20th September, 27th October 2017:

    • Seafood Chowder
    • Soda Bread
    • Sea Bream Fillet Baked Courgette, Fennel, Chilli and Mint
    • Fishcakes with Tarragon Mayonnaise
    • Basic Mayonnaise for Lemon, Tartare and Garlic
    • Risotto -  Basic for Fish or Seafood
    • Buttermilk Pudding with Spiced Baked Fruit.

     

    Menu for 4th May, 19th October 2017:

    • Sea bream with chorizo crust and spiced beans
    • Goan Prawn Curry with Pilaf Rice
    • Thai fish cakes with Cucumber Salad
    • Salt and Pepper Squid
    • Lemon Posset with macerated fruit

     

    Menu for 29th June and 9th August 2017:

    • Soda Bread
    • Spicy fish broth with noodles and prawn dumplings
    • Scallop with sweet potato, grilled chilli sauce
    • Salmon, leek and courgette rolls with green olive sauce
    • Monkfish scampi with herb salad
    • Grilled mackerel in dill, mustard and crème fraiche



     

     

    Time: Starts 5.45pm - around 9.30pm.

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
