    If you want to take advantage of the excellent produce available in Scotland, this class is ideal for you! We want to champion what Scotland has to offer and the Chefs have designed a menu to showcase the best in quality Scottish produce.

    Menu for 16th February 2019:

    • Mushroom, Truffle & Sherry Veloute
    • Pressed Belly Of Ayrshire Pork, Caramelised Apples & Celeriac
    • Troon Bay Langoustine Thermidor
    • Pan Fried Breast Of Chicken, Confit Leg, Glazed Carrots, Buttered Cabbage & Chicken Jus
    • Apple, Pear & Vanilla Crumble, Vanilla Sauce & Local Honey

     

    Menu for 30th March 2019:

    • Chicken Consommé, Confit Chicken Dumpling & Truffle
    • Tian Of Scottish Crab, Cucumber & Katy Rogers Crème Fraiche
    • Carpaccio Of Scotch Beef Fillet, Horseradish & Rocket
    • Herb Crusted Loin Of Venison, Potato Rosti, Glazed Parsnips & Red Wine
    • Rhubarb & Custard Mousse


    Time: Starts 5.45pm - around 9.30pm.

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
