    If you want to take advantage of the excellent produce available in Scotland, this class is ideal for you! We want to champion what Scotland has to offer and the Chefs have designed a menu to showcase the best in quality Scottish produce.

     

    Menu for 16th November 2019:

    • Pan Fried Breast Of Wood Pigeon, Braised Butter Beans, Wild Mushrooms & Red Wine
    • Pheasant Pithivier, Ayrshire Bacon & Scottish Cider
    • Roasted Mallard Duck, Parsnips 2 Ways, Red Cabbage & Juniper
    • Roast Grouse, Fondant Potato, Watercress, Bread Sauce & Game Chips
    • Apple & Cinnamon Samosa, Gingerbread Crumb & Mascarpone

     

    Menu for 22nd Feb 2020:

    • Cream of Broccoli Soup, Blue Murder Cheese & Toasted Almonds
    • Pan Fried Wood Pigeon, Celeriac, Apple & Crème fraiche
    • Seared Local Scallops, Stornoway Black Pudding, Lemon & Caper Butter
    • Pan Fried Breast Of Duck, Confit Leg Croquette, Cabbage & Pancetta
    • Plum & Frangipane Tart

     

    Menu for 26th October 2019:

    • Lightly Spiced Parsnip Soup, Curry Oil & Katy Rogers Crème Fraiche
    • Seared Local Scallops, Stornoway Black Pudding, Lemon & Caper Butter
    • Twice Baked Ailsa Craig Goats Cheese Soufflé
    • Pan Fried Scotch Beef Fillet, Celeriac 2 Ways, Caramelized Onion & Red Wine
    • Pear Tart Tatin, Mascarpone & Caramel


     

    Time: Starts 5.45pm - around 9.30pm.

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
