    Have you always wanted to cook the perfect steak? This evening class will give you the chance to watch and cook this classic dish with some modern twists.

    Our renowned Steak Nights give you the chance to learn how to cook the perfect steak then test out your skills by preparing your own steak for dinner...

    During your evening, our chef will demonstrate how to cook your steak to perfection, whether you like it rare, medium or well done. They will also demonstrate some tasty sauces and sides to go with your steak while you enjoy a glass of wine.

    You will then get the chance to pull on your apron and put the skills you've learned to the test by cooking your steak. You will then get the chance to enjoy this with a glass of wine* and accompaniments provided by our chefs. You will finish off you evening with a delicious dessert!

    Menu for 18th August & 1st September 2018:

    • A perfect steak
    • Herb and Parmesan crusted chicken with garlic mayonnaise
    • Hand-made mini burgers with cherry tomatoes on focaccia
    • Thrice cooked fat chips
    • Florentine style rib - grilled with rosemary and roasties
    • Caesar salad
    • Béarnaise, horseradish cream and salsa verde
    • Steamed ginger pudding with honeycomb ice cream

    Menu for 8th September 2018:

    • 8oz Rib Eye Steak
    • Truffle Mac and cheese
    • Hand-Made Mini burgers
    • Beer Battered Onion rings
    • Onion and Mustard Sauce
    • Mushroom, Brandy and Peppercorn cream
    • Café de Paris Butter
    • Steamed date pudding with Butterscotch and Vanilla ice cream


    Menu for 6th October and 9th November 2018:

    • 7oz sirloin steak
    • Buttermilk chicken
    • Beef kofta with yoghurt dip
    • Duck fat roast potatoes
    • Bearnaise sauce
    • Chasseur sauce
    • Caesar sala with crispy pancetta
    • Passion fruit posset


    Menu for 13th October 2018:

    • 7oz sirloin steak
    • Triple cooked chips
    • Deep fried brie and cumberland sauce
    • Steak tartare with melba toast
    • Diane sauce
    • Whisky and Arran mustard sauce
    • Casesar salad with crispy pancetta
    • Dark chocolate parfait


    Menu for 20th October & 8th December 2018:

    • 5oz sirloin steak with garlic king prawns
    • Lobster mac 'n' cheese
    • Salt and pepper squid with garlic aioli
    • Rosemary and sea salt potato wedges
    • Peppercorn sauce
    • Blue cheese sauce
    • Caesar salad with crispy pancetta
    • Buttermilk pudding


    Time: Starts 5.45pm - around 9.30pm.

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
