    During your evening, we will educate you on the five fundamental taste elements in Vietnamese cuisine; hot, sweet, bitter, salty and sour.

    Vietnamese cuisine is built on five fundamental taste elements; hot, sweet, bitter, salty and sour, and during your evening our chef takes you through recipes straight from the market kitchens from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi. You'll enjoy as glass of wine as our chef demonstrates a range of dishes plus you'll have the chance to taste each of the dishes throughout the demonstrations. Your evening will finish with a two course meal served with wine*.

    Menu for 29th September 2018:

    • Vietnamese spring rolls
    • Cha bo - Vietnamese beef and sesame patties
    • Nuoc cham sauce
    • Hanoi prawn cakes
    • Cha ca curry of monkfish and steamed rice
    • Banana pancakes with mango sorbet


    Menu for 17th October & 14th December 2018:

    • Traditional beef pho
    • Prawn, egg, coriander and mint summr roll with pickled carrots
    • Vietnamese style caramel pork
    • Monkfish cha ca with peanuts and sticky cocnut rice
    • kaffir lime leaf creme brulee


    Time: Starts 5.45pm - around 9.30pm.

    * Package includes three glasses of wine per person. Additional wine available for £12 per bottle. Please note that menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonality of foods.
