30 Minute Meals Half Day
If you want to spend less time in the kitchen and more
time enjoying your dinner with the family then our 30 minute meals
classes are perfect for you. Today's hectic lifestyles often mean
we don't have much time to cook. This class will teach you how to
make three delicious meals in under 30 minutes.
Not only are the meals quick and easy to make but they also use
a limited number of ingredients so you don't have to spend ages in
the supermarket trying to find everything!
Menu for 15th April, 17th June and 16th September
- Butter Chicken curry with Steamed Jasmine Rice
- Thai Salmon en papillote
- Spinach and Feta Filo Pie

Menu for 6th May and 19th August 2018:
- Sea bass with warm sweet potato and chorizo salad
- Chicken wrapped in Parma ham stuffed with basil pesto grilled
- Mushroom and pea risotto
Class makes - sea bass, chicken, salad

During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival
then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef
before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes.
You will take home everything you made during your class.
AM Class begins at 9.45am to around 1pm
PM Class begins at 1.45pm to around 5pm
