30 Minute Meals Half Day
If you want to spend less time in the kitchen and more
time enjoying your dinner with the family then our 30 minute meals
classes are perfect for you. Today's hectic lifestyles often mean
we don't have much time to cook. This class will teach you how to
make three delicious meals in under 30 minutes.
Not only are the meals quick and easy to make but they also use
a limited number of ingredients so you don't have to spend ages in
the supermarket trying to find everything!
Menu for 14th March & 12th Sept:
- Butter chicken curry with steamed jasmine rice
- Salmon fillet wrapped in pancetta with saute potatoes and
- Mushroom and truffle risotto
Class makes: Butter chicken curry, salmon

Menu for 8th Feb & 23rd Aug:
- Chicken Kiev, Peas, Pancetta & Thyme
- Classic Fish Pie Topped With Cheesy Mash
- Soda Bread

Chef Demos: Cheesy Mash & Soda
During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival
then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef
before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes.
You will take home everything you made during your class.
AM Class begins at 9.45am to around 12.30pm
PM Class begins at 1.45pm to around 4.30pm
