    Asian Half Day

    Our Asian Half Day class gives you the opportunity to learn how to make the most current and popular Asian dishes, incorporating key Asian ingredients. The Half Day nature of the class will give you a glimpse into the magnificent tastes and scents the continent has to offer.

    Menu for 18th March 2018

    • Vietnamese Beef Salad
    • Prawn wontons with chilli and citrus dressing

    Students to make Vietnamese beef salad and prawn wontons

    Chef to demonstrate beef marinade and dressing


    Menu for 29th April 2018

    • Thai fish cakes with sweet chilli sauce and cucumber salad
    • Chicken satay with peanut sauce
    • Steamed rice

    Students to make fish cakes, chicken satays plus marinade for lunch or take home.

    Format

    During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes. You can choose to sit down and eat everything in our dining room, or we can box it up for you to take home.

     

    AM Class begins at 9.45am to around 1pm

    PM Class begins at 1.45pm to around 5pm
