Christmas Half Day
Christmas Day dinner is always a challenge. But don't worry, The
Cook School are here to help.
Whether it's your first year hosting or you want to add a little
sparkle, excitement or just mix it up a little, then our Christmas
Half Day class is the perfect solution!
A quick 2.5 hour class where our expert chefs who will teach you
how to make a tasty main course with a side of dauphinoise and a
special Christmas dessert...
Menu for 3rd December 2017 :
- Salmon and parma ham en croute with dill cream sauce
- Celeriac and parsnip dauphinoise
- Pistachio and raspberry Friands
Students to make Salmon en croute with dill sauce and
Chef to Demo Dauphinoise
During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival
then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef
before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the
dishes. You can choose to sit down and eat everything in our
dining room, or we can box it up for you to take home.
AM Class begins at 9.45am to around 1pm
PM Class begins at 1.45pm to around 5pm
