Throughout the day we will show you techniques for cooking wonderful fresh seafood. The chef will demonstrate the skills for filleting and cooking the fish along with some delicious new sauces.
Menu For 28th January 2018:
Class pan fries bream, roasts vegetables, makes sauce and
Chef demos Thai sauce
During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on
arrival then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our
chef before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the
dishes. You can choose to sit down and eat everything in our
dining room, or we can box it up for you to take home.
AM Class begins at 9.45am to around 1pm
PM Class begins at 1.45pm to around 5pm
