    This half day class will give you the chance to learn how to make the perfect steak along with sides, accompaniments and a delicious dessert!

    Menu for 10th September 2017:

    • A Perfect Steak
    • Boulanger Potatoes
    • Peppercorn Sauce
    • Brandy Sauce
    • Montpellier Butter
    • Chocolate Fondant

    AM Class begins at 9.45am to approx 1pm

    PM Class begins at 1.45pm to approx 5pm

    Format

    During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes. You can choose to sit down and eat everything in our dining room, or we can box it up for you to take home.
