Through out the day you will hands on cook 3 dishes. The chef's will demonstrate the dish before you get to go off to your own work station to re-create it. Our chef's will also demonstrate other dishes that you will get tasters of and the recipe to take away with you.

When all the cooking is finished you will have the chance to eat what you have cooked with the rest of the class relaxing with some wine in our beautiful dining room.
