Food from the Sisters Resturant

Come and spend a day with Jacqueline O'Donnell cooking food from her fantastic restaurant 'The Sisters'. Not only will you get a chance to create some of Jacqueline's wonderful dishes, she will share her favourite trade secrets with you.

Your day will begin at 10am in our dining room where you will be served tea, coffee and a tasty treat; this is the perfect opportunity to meet the rest of the class.

We provide all the ingredients you need, an apron and a course folder with recipes; all you need to bring along on the day is yourself. We do recommend you wear comfy shoes.

Throughout the day you will hands on cook 3 dishes. The chefs will demonstrate the dish before you get to go off to your own work station to re-create it. Our chefs will also demonstrate other dishes that you will get tasters of and the recipe to take away with you.

When all the cooking is finished you will have the chance to eat what you have cooked with the rest of the class, relaxing with some wine in our beautiful dining room.

Your day will finish at approx. 4pm after some tea and coffee. You will get to leave with your bag for life, apron and folder with all your recipes.
